United Way of Door County Fundraising Concert & Raffle at Captain John’s Maple Grove Retro Motel & Open Air Pavilion
On August 27th from 2 to 4 p.m., Captain John is hosting a fundraising concert for United Way of Door County featuring the acoustic group, “Heneghan Family Folk” playing Irish, Chanty, Ballads and even show tunes. All donations are welcome, and we have an anonymous donor that will match the first $1,000 raised. In addition, a raffle with terrific prizes that include gift certificates from local restaurants, fine wine from Stone’s Throw Winery, an original acrylic painting of a Door County scene by artist, Gail Heneghan and much more.

This coming Saturday August 27th, take a drive North on 42, past the busy metropolis of Sister Bay, until you reach Gills Rock and make that final turn east, towards Northport Ferry Dock.
