The 20th annual Fire & Ice Festival begins at 9am with a citywide ice and snow carving competition featuring novice, intermediate, advanced, and professional artists. Pick up event maps with ice block locations at local businesses in Sturgeon Bay, or stop by the Visitor Center (36 S. Third Ave), and cast a vote for your favorite ice carving by filling out the People’s Choice Award ballot included with each map.
Enjoy finding the ice carvers and discovering Sturgeon Bay’s shops and restaurants as you go – download the Door County Chefs Mobile Dining App – FREE for iPhone and Android – and find what you’re hungry for with GPS directions and click-to-call phone numbers! Feb. 16 & 17, 2018 Short Film Fest, Sister Bay
Don’t miss the 9th annual Door County Short Film Fest at the Sister Bay Village Hall! Enjoy the Opening Night Cocktail Party at 6pm on Friday and watch film premieres of two Door County Video Shorts and one Door County Feature Film! The showings continue from 2-8pm on Saturday with short films from around the world and brief intermissions, short presentations, and Q&As with the filmmakers.
