Running from 10am-5pm on Saturday, Aug. 13th, the Door County Festival of Fine Arts invites you to spend the day at Waterfront Park in Sister Bay. There will be lots of booths to visit filled with art waiting to go home with you. Enjoy live music from Deathfolk, David & Lynn Music, and the Birch Creek Ambassadors, and bring the kids for fun hands-on activities. This event is free and open to the public, and you can even get a free raffle ticket and be entered to win a piece of art. August 13, 2016 – Door County Sports & Classic Car Show in Egg Harbor
Egg Harbor welcomes the 5th annual Door County Sports & Classic Car Show on Aug. 13th from 10am-3pm at Harbor View Park and the Bank lot. Winners will be selected in four categories – “Owner’s Choice Sports Car,” “Owner’s Choice Classic Car,” “Fan Favorite Sports Car,” and “Fan Favorite Classic Car.” Sponsored by the Egg Harbor Business Association and in partnership with United Way of Door County the 2016 Door County Sports & Classic Car Show is dedicated to car enthusiast and past participant, Herb Mueller. The Door County Classic & Wooden Boat Festival starts at 4pm on Friday at the Door County Maritime Museum and continues on Saturday the 13th starting at 9am, with the Maritime on Madison Street Festival running from 11am-5pm, and the Venetian Night Boat Parade and Fireworks wrapping up the evening as the sun sets!
