June 9-12 Steel Bridge Songfest in Sturgeon Bay
Imagine staying in a retro hotel with dozens of musicians, spinning a whiskey bottle each night to pick teams, and writing and recording a new song every night… that’s Steel Bridge Songfest! The songwriters who gather at the Holiday Music Motel each June spend a whole week writing and recording all original, brand new songs, which they will perform masterfully in concert this weekend, June 9-12, at a variety of venues located in downtown Sturgeon Bay almost exclusively on 3rd Avenue this year! The Annual Door County Lighthouse Festival offers the chance to explore the county through the lens of our strong maritime history. Take boat excursions, guided land-based tours of the lighthouses (including some that are not usually open to the public), or explore on your own with the Lighthouse Festival Map.
June 11 Side Pork Fest in Sturgeon Bay
The annual Side Pork Fest returns to Sturgeon Bay this Saturday, June 11th! The festival features live music with On the Rocks and Panic Station, as well as the morning Hog Wild Run. Enjoy the taste and smell of delicious Side Pork all day while you wander through the Arts and Crafts fair, and bring the kids to the Kid Zone for more fun! June 11 Roofing of the Goats Parade in Sister Bay
Get your goat and go on parade in Sister Bay this Saturday, June 11th! Don a goat costume, a great goatee, Viking get-ups, or just walk with your goat – participation and creativity is encouraged!
