November 17-19, 2017 Christmas by the Bay in Sturgeon Bay
Nicolet National Bank and Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center present Christmas by the Bay in 2017. Gather with friends and family at the tree lighting ceremony on Friday, 6-8pm by the Clock Tower on Third Avenue. Gently-used winter clothing items will be collected for the county-wide Big Bundle Up Campaign. Enjoy live holiday music with Josh Gregory, Hervy Hodges, and Mike Raye, and caroling with members of the Sturgeon Bay High School choir. Hop on a Horse Drawn Wagon Ride through town, and bring your letters to Santa to his mailbox at the Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center, 36 S. Third Avenue.
Dress for the season and the weather on Saturday so you can watch Sturgeon Bay’s Holiday Parade at 10am from Sawyer Park across the Oregon Street Bridge and down Third Avenue. Meet Santa for a family photo after the parade at the Door County Historical Museum, and Horse-drawn wagon rides continue Saturday from 11am-2pm. Door County Trolley rides will be available from 11am-5pm.
Bring the kids to Stone Harbor Resort & Conference Center on Sunday for Breakfast with Santa from 9-11am. Make sure to enter the Moo-La-La Giveaway… one lucky person will win $1,000.
