Many a Door County visitor and native has fold memories kicking off their summer excursions to the peninsula at Maifest in Jacksonport. Sturgeon Bay Fine Art Fair: May 28-29, 2016
Now in it’s 18th year, Sturgeon Bay’s Fine Art Fair will be held at Sunset Park on the waterfront this weekend. Browse the arts and crafts tents for unique gifts and artwork while you enjoy entertainment from a strolling violist, a Gaelic harpist, and clowns! Kids can get involved with art activities throughout each day, and there will be food and beverages for sale, as well as raffle tickets to support the fair. The Ridges Festival of Nature in Baileys Harbor: May 26-29, 2016
The Ridges Festival of Nature offers fun and educational field trips and activities throughout Door County this weekend! Walk-in Registration & Field Trip Packet Pick-Up will be available at The Ridges Nature Center on the north end of Baileys Harbor May 26, 27 & 28 from 9am–5pm.
